Stayed in a Premier King Room. Loved the comfy mattress. my nights were restful without backache. The staff, especially Ms. Ama Owusua, ensured I felt at home. She welcomed me with a smile and checked on my comfort. Breakfast exceeded expectations with local dishes and fresh options. Enjoyed the delicious meals at MM Zara too. the check-in process was frustrating. It took longer than expected due to a mix-up with my reservation, leaving me waiting for 40 minutes without an apology. While the room was clean, I noticed mold in the bathroom and outdated fixtures. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated the attentive service. The hotel's location is perfect for quick access to Marina Mall and the airport.

The breakfast buffet offered a surprising range of choices, providing a solid start to the day. Convenient airport shuttle service delivered the ease and efficiency needed for travel.

Issues with cleanliness were prevalent. mold in the fridge and bathroom left a bad impression, while the water pressure in showers was inadequate. WiFi connectivity was unreliable, often stopping unexpectedly, and the dining experience took excessively long, with wait times that weren't justifiable. Upon check-in, guests experienced confusion, with some not receiving pre-arranged room accommodations, forcing unexpected last-minute changes.

Comfort and convenience, yet a catch

The location was perfect for quick airport access, and the breakfast spread exceeded my expectations with both local and international options that energized my mornings.

Unfortunately, the room I stayed in showed signs of wear with a leaking shower and an uncomfortable bed that left me wishing for better rest during my stay.

i thought i’d found a hidden gem, but alas! there was mold in the fridge and i was kept awake by the noisy drain. absolutely unacceptable! i expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but nothing was done. food took ages to arrive, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping. sad!

I stayed for three nights as a solo traveler while visiting the nearby Marina Mall. The breakfast options were decent, and I appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. my room had a musty smell initially, but the staff quickly accommodated me with a room change. Despite some issues with the plumbing noise and mold in the bathroom, I found cleanliness overall satisfactory, which made my stay comfortable enough. The dining experiences could be improved, especially in terms of menu variety.

Staff at the bar were pretty good, too, made me feel welcome. Brekkie spread was quite lekker, a nice mix of local and international eats!

Shower stall was a bit of a squeeze, felt like I was wrestling with the walls!

Decent stay with some quirks

Had a decent 1-night stay as a solo traveler. The staff were friendly and quick to help when I needed to switch rooms. My new room smelled much better. Breakfast was okay, but wish they had more variety. The shower was a bit cramped, though. No complaints about the airport shuttle. definitely a plus!

Good welcome drinks, but the Wi-Fi was spotty. Great parking too!
